We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, enjoying spacious and clean rooms with breathtaking views of the volcano. The grounds were stunning, boasting beautiful gardens and accessible hot springs. However, while the food was generally good, some items on the menu weren't exactly as expected. The room took a while to cool down upon arrival, which was a bit inconvenient.

Despite the few downsides, the included breakfast was fantastic and definitely worth it.

Staying at Arenal Kioro was an unforgettable experience. The stunning views of the volcano left me in awe every day, and the hot springs pools provided an amazing way to unwind. The spacious room with its own hot tub was a lovely touch. The overall service was incredible, making me feel at home. However, I wished the water temperatures in the hot springs and hot tub were a bit warmer during the rainy season. Still, I can’t recommend this place enough.
